| The firm was originally established in 1951 in the Detroit suburb of St. Clair Shores. A northern office under the name of Wakely Associates was established in Mt. Pleasant in 1958 as an independent firm. This firm was incorporated as Wakely-Kushner Associates/Mt. Pleasant, Inc. in 1971. The present name was adopted in 1978. In 1980, Wakely Associates expanded to include a permanent office in Bay City, Michigan, to facilitate the growing demand for our professional services in east central Michigan and the thumb area. The Detroit office remains as an affiliated firm now located in Warren, Michigan. | |||||
